Delivery

Do you sell and ship to companies located outside of the United States?

We do business outside of the US within ITAR regulations.

What are my shipping options?

We can ship freight collect to your carrier account number or pre-pay and add freight charges to your invoice.

Paperwork requests

Can you send me a catalog for your products?

Yes, we have a short form catalog and a product brochure available online for download. You can request a hard copy by filling out this form.

Can you send me a price sheet for your products?

Wall Industries does not have a standard price list. Please contact sales@wallindustries.com for pricing.

Can you send certification or compliance documents such as REACH and RoHS for the parts we order?

Please send your request to sales@wallindustries.com for certification and compliance documentation.

Payment

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 days from date of shipment unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing by Wall (subject to credit approval). All payments are in United States dollars.

What is the best information to include in an RFQ?

Including all or any of the following information will allow us to respond to your request in a timely manner: Part number (if known), AC/DC or DC/DC, input voltage, output voltage, power, package type, quantity, and industry/application

Wall Industries, Inc. offers fully custom power design capabilities. Our team of electrical and mechanical power design engineers will utilize proven design topologies and concepts to create a solution to your power requirements. If you don’t have a specification, Wall’s engineering team will assist you in determining what your requirements are and how best to provide a solution.
